At Luna Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, our return policy is limited and applies only in specific cases.

Returns

Because we sell cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

- The item arrived damaged or defective

- You received the wrong product

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: contact@luna-beauty.store

Please include:

   - Your order number

   - Clear photos of the item and packaging

   - A brief explanation of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
Please do not return any product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

- Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products

- Items marked as final sale

- Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return and refund, you may place a new order for the product you wish to receive.

 European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:

- Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

- Returned at your own expense after contacting us

To exercise this right, email us at contact@luna-beauty.store within 14 days of receiving the item.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact us.
